OpenRPG Meta Server moving to Google App Engine.

Dj Gilcrease created a Google App Engine version of the Meta server (http://orpgmeta.appspot.com/) to help reduce the fail rate of the Meta server. You'll need to start using the new Meta by the end of July.

Translation: open your metaservers.cache file in the myfiles directory and replace the old URL with http://orpgmeta.appspot.com/ - no need for the file.php, just that URL. Restart and the meta will start working again.
