Written by Bill Browne, this second installment in our retro 4C game coverage gives NPCs from the land down under, along with a new origin and some new powers.
If 4C is your game of choice, you should check this out.
1) The first image is a German wyvern rider of the Imperial German Army Air Service (auf deutsch: Die Fliegertruppen des deutschen Kaiserreiches)
2) The second is an Allied griffin rider. Athough without the coloring on the markings it's hard to tell if he was English or French, - he was intended to be British.
-------I like the detail on the barding for the wyvern. I'm also really fond of the look that Scott did for the griffin rider's weapon.
In Part 2, the heroes' city has descended into chaos in the aftermath of the quake. Rival gangs vie for prominence and fight for turf with the remnants of the mafia, supervillains and the ragtag police force. Out of the shadows, a mysterious faction of black magicians and undead begins to carve out their own territory - strengthening their forces with the bodies of the dead.
