That race and any of those OCCs are allowed. Though I lean toward more of the Assassin, it seems it might fill in some missing roles in the group. The OCCs of the group is the following:

No house-rules, though I am willing to consider some since the Megaversal sometimes needs a patch here and there. What I am using is the perception, below attributes, and other rules from the Rifts ultimate edition rules (nothing related to combat, armor, or casting rules from rifts).

Also, in case anyone misses it, when you are half way down your armors sdc, your ar rating goes down, and when its 2/3rds down, your AR is again reduced. This is in the armor section in case someone skipped that section. I recommend someone have some skills in armor repair skills.

Im not uber versed on the whole internet server based type roll playing so idk where we can go that might dice rollers to use, any suggestions or help setting up something like that would be cool and im open to roll him up.

yes i do have open rpg installed its what im useing in the deadreign campaign allthough i dont have the most updated software for it due to a weird error that happend with installing python etc its a long story lol but it doesnt affect my ablity to join servers so just need to know where im goin on it.
