 Monday Night SR4
Im starting up a SR4 game for Monday nights, prob 6 o'clock pacific. Going to be Openrpg, and maybe vent. Looking for at least two players to start it up. Going to 5 total. First come, first serve. Standard 400bp build. Will start off in Seattle as usual, but expand from there. This will be my first time DMing a SR4 as fair warning. Extra 50BP for well done character stories. Also please use http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetindex.php for character sheets. Makes it a little easier playing over Openrpg.

What defines a well-done character story?
Will you be awarding lesser BP awards for other backgrounds?
What books can be used to create characters? Any options you dislike or would rather avoid?
What kind of story should we be expecting?

 Re: Monday Night SR4
A well-done back story is something more then the Im a runner because I wana be, or I do this to get back at the corporations. Fine, but flesh em out, give life and the reasons why.
As for books, Main rule book and Runners companion are the only ones I got for 4th right now, so have to limit it to them.
As to story, all you get is what I said. It will start in Seattle. Beyond that got to play to find out.

Are you still looking for players? My husband and I haven't played steadily in years, but we're looking to get back into gaming, and we own a copy of SR 4th edition.

To Octo, yep, still looking for players. You are more then welcome. Next Monday we will get together on openrpg (an online program) to see who wants to play what, and if all goes well maybe even start.
I would like to think so robot.

We're going out of town this weekend, but should be back by Monday night. Oh, and btw, this will be our first time playing SR, so looks like we're all in the newb boat.

I'm interested too. I've played the previous versions of ShadowRun, but I have yet to actually *PLAY* SR4...though I have all the released books.
I have used OpenRPG in the past and have vent loaded on my machine.
