Please note during the frigate boarding action she didn't come magically running onto the ship and instead let me clear it. That is a sign of *gasps* Ability to listen to reason. You might want to try to reason with the PC as well as OOC instead of demand things are followed because if we were playing by the rank card all day it might have to be grudgingly done (or not done but forgiveness begged later with good results.)

Unfortunately Zanone is no longer bound by a chain of command and can take it or leave it if he pleases (To my understanding).

1. He isn't a pilot merely has some skill training you can use Kimiko and Sam together for that although I do concur it kinda helps. Guard duty is insulting though although ironically he did volunteer himself for it via his previous actions (Boarding the scorp to take charge of the situation)

No shit...not exactly..You can trust him to do whatever makes sense or puts him at the tip of the spear..Give him a order to fight the enemy or go extract the team and you make him very happy..Hop to good to go. Tell him to guard some 16 year old girl with a fascination for random robots. Not very motivating. That being said you yourself said you can't trust him to follow your orders in Combat..how can you trust him to follow them now..Makes no sense to believe he'd let himself stay out of the fight when there are guys in the shit.

He's gonna go get them with your permission or not unless their is a valid tactical reason he should remain on board. Your "punishment" is not a valid reason. Give him a valid role in the operation and you can sway him IC otherwise its OFP again and hurt feelings on top.

Besides the Scorp has ECM they can hide somewhere easily. No need for guard duty.

To sum it up work with me on this or I gotta defy you IC bro nothing personal but its a personality clash thing. I can't stand by it the way its being delivered and its pretty obvious you can't stand by disobedience. Find a middle ground where Zanone can get a piece of the action and he fits your plan.
