So some bad news. My laptop's gfx card died yesterday and it is prohibitively expensive to repair. I'll try to see if I can play from my university's computer lab, but I'm not sure if I have the ability to install new programs. The same situation will hold for next week after which I will be home until the 5th when the winter semester starts. Hopefully somewhere near there I will have a new laptop.

Oh the graphics on the motherboard failed? For you can get other graphics cards, hell I'll give you one. I build enough of my own pcs. I am sorry to hear about your laptop. I play/GM from my desktop myself, my laptop is purely for school and checking msg boards/gaming when I want too, but my desktop is my main machine. Yea, finishing finals next week myself.

Could someone post the current XP they got, so the new guy can build his ork properly? I don't remember where everyone is.

Given that I go to school across the country from where I grew up, lugging a desktop isn't really feasible given I go home for the summer. And I appreciate the offer, but my laptop is fairly old and it was going to die of something or another fairly soon. I needed the excuse to get a new one anyway. I'm planning for something in the DTR category to make up for the lack of a desktop and finally enjoy some PC gaming again. Currently I'm looking at one of the ASUS G73JW models, depending upon my budget.

Also, I'm really sorry for the recent misses. It is an odd fact of my life that I get these streaks of horrible luck all at once.

EDIT: Unless more xp was awarded after the last session, I currently have 5550, but I had an extra 50 for my backstory, so 5500 base.

So, with RT characters starting with 4000 spent; I have 1500 to play around with; or is that 5500 to spend beyond base?

Not sure how long you guys have played for!
