Have played for about 6-7 years, I enjoy 3.5 rules the most. I'm new to openrpg and don't quite know just yet how to get the thing working properly. I've moved around alot lately and am currently in a location were there aren't many gamers that don't still eat their boogers. But I'm looking for a group (or at least a dm) and am pretty much willing to give a go at any campaign setting. So if you're looking for an experienced and creative player, let me know and we'll see if we can't get something started.

Another campaign you might try is Fall of the 14th Kingdom. We could use a reliable consistent player for Sunday nights. We play on the openrpg DevII server at 9 pm EST on Sunday nights. We theoretically start at 9 pm but generally don't get started until later due to somebody being late. Current players are phyi, slassz, cyst, viktor, keen. Arkandus dms the campaign and there is no problem with lurking so feel free to login to the lobby.

Thanks I'll give it a looksee and will probably be on tonight just to see what's up. I'm not familiar with alot of campaign settings, normally when I played or was a dm we created our own settings. made it easier to stop meta gaming and as the dm you always knew the status of everything in the world since you yourself created it. The only other thing I need to find is a character sheet that can be managed and updated electronically. I've been googling it up and even looked at the one from the devII lobby link they had but that one doesn't seem to be working. so if you of one or you all have a system you use I'd like to know cause my eyes have about had it looking at crazy versions of 3.5 character sheets, And I don't know why they bothered with all the 4.0 versions. =/

The best way to manage a character sheet on openrpg is to take a node from someone else and modify the openrpg node. I used to manage everything on an excel spreadsheet and then modify the openrpg node to keep up with the excel spreadsheet....now I just modify the openrpg node. when you are online i can send you a node for a spellcaster and a fighter type...two characters I am playing. The sooner you learn to edit and redesign the node..the faster you will be an independent user on openrpg.

I would appreciate the help on working openrpg. As much as I'd like to say I'm all computer savvy, I'm not. I'm more of a mechanical type of person. =/ I've found a way to make a character sheet, but it's using paint =P. I load the image of the character sheet and then simply add text in the appropriate places. but it can be time consuming. and I don't have a printer. So any help with getting an easy to update character sheet that I could share with the dm would be nice.

yeah sorry, sent you a mail filling you in on what's up. I'll definitely be there this Sunday. the Sunday before last was canceled due to lack of people. and my character hadn't joined the party yet so it shouldn't have been to much of a loss for you all I hope. But I'm sorry and I'll be good to go from now on.

I might just go with the lock, I'm starting to love him... lol. but I still like the pally so we'll see.
