I have been a DM for D&D and have played some Savage Worlds. I was seeing if I could gather some interest if I started a Savage Worlds game in the style of the movie "O Brother Where Art Thou?" which is an American/British/French crime comedy film set in 1937 in rural Mississippi. In it, three escaped convicts search for hidden treasure while a relentless lawman pursues them and they have many strange encounters and meet some historical figures. I am not going to replicate the movie, I'm going to make it in that time period and that starting point, that you've escaped prison. Reply if you are at all interested and/or have any ideas. |

I think that I would be interested in playing. Sounds like a game where you have a lot of great character ideas. So I throw my hat in the ring as a player |

I am interested, but a game where there is no supernatural stuff really has to have a great storyteller. The pace of that movie will be hard to match. |
