Ark, I will be on tomorrow night but I may be in and out at first, have to deal with some issues early in the evening.

I am going to visit my daughter this weekend. I will probably not be at her house. If I am not in the Unshaped lobby on time, start without me. You can even puppet me if you want.
Cya next week.

Game moved to Saturdays now, to better fit Logar's schedule. We'll try to start the first Saturday session today.

Keep in mind, folks, that the OpenRPG forums will be shutting down sometime in the near future (Chris hasn't specified when), so we'll have to start using a different forum to organize and post notices etc. I would suggest we use EN World's Gamers Seeking Gamers forum, where I can start a thread for this game, but I dunno about the rest of you. I won't use any of those social media sites because I don't like their data-mining and junk. I don't use RPGnet anymore cuz of the jerks over there. So EN World is my first choice for recruiting and game-update threads.
Posting this in each of my threads here since there are some different people in each group.

I am not sure what you consider a "social media site", so I am going to say this: Several games I have played use Skype. Skype seems to work better than a forum for transient notices; while a forum works better for reference material. Skype also has the advantage over openrpg of voice for narrating, while openrpg chat has the advantage of chat logs. The games I have played use OpenRPG for die rolling and maps, Skype IM for between sessions messages, and Skype calls for voice chat. Skype calls have the additional advantage of a loud ring to announce the call - loud enough to alert players in another room of the house or even napping. Some people refuse to use Skype althought I have not figured out why.

Some people are in situations where they cannot obstruct their hearing with headphones, yet can't have strange voices blaring in their house/apartment.
Some people do not like the absolute destruction of character that comes with hearing other players voices.
Some people are anti-social, or have severe to extreme social anxiety disorders, and simply cannot handle it.
There are more reasons. These are ones I have heard. One of them applies to me.
