Here are the campaign (mega) traits I have worked out so far:

Chosen
Lucky You! One of the gods has taken an interest in you, and made you more than you once were. Choose two domains of the God who has chosen you. You are granted the domain abilities of those domain as if you were a cleric of your level. Additionally, you may use a spell-like ability of each spell in the domains your level gives you access to once per day.

Hellknight
Your exceptional prowess has granted you acceptance into the Hellknights of the Order of the Nail. Beyond even your peers in ability, you gain the abilities of the Hellknight prestige class as a Gestalt with whatever your normal class(es) is(are), starting at level 5 (so 2 levels of Hellknight Gestalt at the start of the game). You do not need to meet the prerequisites of the prestige class.

Possessor of Dreggorra
One of your magic items is intelligent. You choose the item, and the DM adds the Intelligence and related abilities, motivations, etc.

Magnimar’s Champion
You have friends in high places due to your heroics. Magnimar’s ruling classes consider you a friend of the city. You gain a +5 bonus on Charisma-based skills when dealing with people from the Summit area. Additionally, you have been named an honorary membership in the Magnimar Magi, a guild of magical item merchants. This membership grants you a 20% discount off of the list price of magical item purchases (this includes starting equipment, but does NOT stack with crafting discounts.)

Totem Blessed
You have been blessed by the Totem Spirits of the Shoanti Clans. You gain the following: A +2 bonus to all saves, +5 bonus on Acrobatics, Climb, Perception, Ride, and Swim Checks, +2 bonus on Initiative Checks.

Fleshbound Spirit
Your spirit has been blessed or cursed to remain on the Prima Material Plane as long as your flesh survives. Anything short of the destruction of your flesh (disintegrate, your body being burned to ashes, as examples) can be healed with normal magical healing. You do not die when you reach 0 wound points, but are rendered unconscious and cease natural healing until you are raised to at least 1 wound point.

Wound Points=2xCon Score
Vitality= Max @ first level and Max-2 each level after.

Additional campaign information: Your characters will be (at least marginally) established in Magnimar, and will have been chosen by the lord mayor and a few select other higher-ups to launch a small-scale exploration of the Irespan's interior. No one has (legally) made an attempt since spider-like creatures spilled out of the Irespan, killing many citizens. A special charter has been written for your group to allow the exploration. What you find in the Irespan may eventually lead you across the sea to further explorations of ancient Thassilonian runes called the Hollow Mountain, at the other end of the Irespan. There will be some in the ruling class opposed to any exploration of the Irespan, and some social/political manuevering may be required, especially if anything slips past your group and into Magnimar. The Irespan exploration should allow for downtime, as you will be expected to egress and report on your findings at fairly regular intervals.
