Looking for a game!
I'm an AD&D 2nd Edition player on a decade-long break. I'm new to playing online and will be new to the newer editions, but if you don't mind working with me a little to get me up to speed, I'm a quick learner and a good RPer. I am usually available during week nights (Central Time in the US). Please let me know if you have a game for me.

I will post my interest for ADnD here as well or other versions. Looking for Tuesday or Wed night games.

I love me some 2e. I just don't have time for it right now, or I would run one. I love Planescape!

Re: Looking for a game!
I played Forgotten Realms, Ravenloft, some Darksun and yes! definitely Planescape, one of my favorites too! So is anybody putting together a game? Not necessarily 2E, I don't mind catching up to 3.5 or 4.

Re: Looking for a game!
It looks like the Pathfinder Adventure Path game that I have been playing in may have gone kaput, so I might be interested in running a Pathfinder game on Monday or Tuesday evenings US Central time if there is sufficient player interest.
What I envision doing at first would be to start the new group with 1st level "throw-away" characters and run through one or two low-level modules (most likely Dungeon Crawl Classics 3.5 modules converted to Pathfinder) so everyone can feel out the group and to also help weed out flaky players. Then, once a fairly stable group has formed, we could either move on to beginning a Pathfinder Adventure Path (which requires player committment to succeed) or continue on with a homebrew DCC campaign using higher-level modules.
If any of this strikes a chord, please post a reply here and we can discuss it further.

Start time would be no earlier than 6:00 PM US Central and stop time would be no later than 10:00 PM US Central. Most likely times would be from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. I get up weekday mornings at 5:30 AM (to start work at 7:00 AM) so I can't stay up late on weeknights.

Re: Looking for a game!
Well, concerning the Adventure Path option, I would let the group decide amongst the following:
Council of Thieves Kingmaker Jade Regent
I will be playing in a Serpent's Skull campaign with a local group in a few weeks so I don't want to run that one. I've also played into Chapter 4 of Carrion Crown (this is the game that I mentioned was likely kaput). I could run CC if the group really wanted to play it, but one of the above three would be my preference.

Re: Looking for a game!
Making a kingdom appeals to me a great deal, Maybe we should start a recruiting thread instead of using this person's looking for group thread.
