| Post subject: | New player looking to join a game |
Hello! I'm relatively new to tabletop RP and brand new to openRPG, but very excited to join an immersive fantasy campaign that will give me a chance. I'd like to find a regularly meeting group that's as interested in rich characters and plot as they are in action and mayhem. As far as campaign and game system, I'm pretty flexible, having not played very much in any of them, but if I had to pick one, playing a Ravenloft game (does such a thing still exist?) would be a dream come true! I never got to play any of the 2nd ed AD&D settings, but was always interested in Ravenloft, Dark Sun, Planescape, Al-Qadim etc. I'd be willing to give almost any fantasy or fantasy variant a try though, and I'm sure that a good group to play with is more important than any particular setting. Please send me a PM if you're looking for a spot to fill. My times are flexible, most nights except Wednesday available. I will let the GM know in advance of expected absences and strive to bring interesting characters to the mix. I'd be eager to join a new game or an existing one, and would be happy trying to come up with a character that would fit well into existing current group/storylines. Thanks! |
