looking to get back
I have not played DND in about 20 years. I would love to get back to playing. Looking for a group that can help me get back to playing. What right now is a good set of the books to get? Looking to play online for now. send me an email at musserp@gmail.comthanks

Re: looking to get back
Right now all you really need is the 4e players handbooks. 1 covers martial, arcane and holy, 2 covers primal heroes and 3 throws psionics into the mix. Aside from the D&D insider character builder is nice for keeping track of character growth.
If you're playing on line you'll need open RPG or a program called map tools. It also really helps to have a mic and a chat program like skype. Essentials is nice, but not really neccesary.

Re: looking to get back
I have a game going, but it's NOT 4e, don't try 4e, it ruined DnD, I play pathfinder, why don't you take a look at my post? It's the experimental DnD 3.5 Idea.

Re: looking to get back
I prefer 4e to Pathfinder. To each their own and all that.
