With the recent publication of Rites of Battle, my interest in Deathwatch has once more been raised. For those of you who are unaware of Deathwatch, it is a roleplaying game from the world of WH40k along with Rogue Trader and Dark Heresy. In Deathwatch, You are one of the latest "recruits" within the ranks of the Deathwatch chapter but your actually already a veteran space marine of many battles. Is anyone interested in a campaign of Deathwatch? I will be willing to run of course.

My current group has only 3 players and in DW unlike DH you blow through things quick.

Ie normal mobs cant kill you and unless you throw a mag 120+ armed with super weapons combat is a joke.

They made Space Marines OP Which is correct for the story purposes and alot better since they fixed some issues.

Nothing like having an Assualt Blood Raven Duel wielding chain swords rolling 3 dice for damage picking the highest criting on 8-10 and getting an extra hit for each crit.
Which was legal till they made it so that Crits only let you roll 1 die after the initial crit.

i look forward to playing then once i get to actually makeing a character and such heh.

Space Marines are the Spear of the Imperium! But yes, space marines are exceptionally powerful characters, so little but large hordes, vehicles and boss/elites stand much of a chance.
