If it's a mixed Euro-American group (I'm British), then I suppose we should figure out sooner rather than later what times we'd all be available for playing. Which edition are you familiar with? Do you know the setting well? I'd love to play with a GM familiar with Samurai culture and that isn't opposed to players with secrets (ie Ninja), lol. Most familiar with 4th Edition. I know the setting fairly well, and though I'm no expert on Samurai culture I'm not totally ignorant of it. And yes, I'm fine with players having their own agendas kept secret from the rest of the party.

I rolled up my first 4th edition character, an ise zumi. If you want to play a Scorpion centric game that would be cool too. Whatever edition, too, I am down.

I'd love to play a Scorpion Shosuro Infiltrator that disguises himself as a bushi.

Re: Anyone up for some L5R?
I have some knowledge of L5R, but its mostly from the d20 versions. I've seen the CCG and such in the past, but never played the AEG L5R non d20 version. I do know a good deal about the orient, especially history related to Japan and China. I have a book on the katana sword even amongst my collection.

So is time the only issue? I can do most days, but Pendragon is in Britain and I'm sure the time may conflict with other RPGs we may be involved in.

Re: Anyone up for some L5R?
I'm on Eastern Standard Time and am unavailable Fri/Sat's. I can only play on Sunday/Mon/Wed after 7:30 pm EST due to grad school and such. I don't actually expect to be able to play in the game necessarily. I'm just curious/interested in it at this point. Although I'm open to playing if scheduling permits.

How about a weeknight game? Can anyone do a weekday and if so, what time?

Re: Anyone up for some L5R?
I can do Mon-Wed 8 PM EST and later. I might be able to do Fridays the same time, but I wouldn't be able to do anything earlier than those times reliably.
