Story Overview Place: New Haven, MA Time: Present Number of Players: 3-6 Experience Level: Would prefer some knowledge of Mage, but newbs are always welcome in my games! Story: Spirits are fettered. No one can seem to explain this strange occurrence. Who or what can fetter all of the ghost and spirits in a town?
