Right now all you really need is the 4e players handbooks. 1 covers martial, arcane and holy, 2 covers primal heroes and 3 throws psionics into the mix. Aside from the D&D insider character builder is nice for keeping track of character growth. If you're playing on line you'll need open RPG or a program called map tools. It also really helps to have a mic and a chat program like skype. Essentials is nice, but not really neccesary. |

I have a game going, but it's NOT 4e, don't try 4e, it ruined DnD, I play pathfinder, why don't you take a look at my post? It's the experimental DnD 3.5 Idea. |
