Just a couple of questions that I hope I'll get some answers too:

1) Who's has what in terms of transportation? I'm hoping someone has something big and multi-person to drive, otherwise this might be a weird, cramped cycle caravan....

2) Since Lily fell off the wagon and completely missed the boat, anyone got any ides on how to wrangle her back into the fold?

Juste has a hovercycle. Baal-Zharon can fly at about 50MPH. Slow, but he's pretty damned big, so no hovercycle for him. We need a hovertruck he can ride in.

We want to catch the thieves, so more speed is preferrable.

I have not spent much of my starting money, though I lost a lot getting it exchanged to local currency, I would be willing to chip in on a vehicular purchase.

My chars got a large mecha recovery vehicle, it can hold 100 tons and travel at 75 mph... its not a hover vehicle though.... but a ORV - Off Road vehicle...... som one will need to drive it though while i patrol, run escort in my Spartas..... a mountain neer converted to hover travel may work the conversion cost is listed in rifter 36 in the official mad haven material. i belve a converted mountaineer can hover 500-1000 feet. sppeed is the same and costs 300,000 creds... tripling the cargo space (also in Rifter 36) costs 20,000 creds. i cant help finacialyy cause it spent my money on a shop/base for us.

Oi.... thats nearly 400k for a truck and conversion with just the basick gas version. I dont think we could justify basicly breaking most of the group to pay for that, not to mention who would drive? Who has the right skills for large vehicles?

I only have hovercycles, myself, nothing generalized.

Im still not sure about what to do with lily, too.

As for your transportation, you could ask your benefactor, or go shopping in Merctown or the like as well.

RULES
Core: Rifts: Ultimate Edition
Sourcebooks: MercTown, MercOps, Mercenaries, Mercenary Adventures, various other RIFTS supplements (I own a great deal of them). Most any Rifts: Earth related supplement permitted. Run all mdc races by me for approval and any odd gear/armor/weapon requests that aren't found in Merctown.

Character Level: 4th
Stats: roll 4d6 for humans, takes highest 3, reroll 1's, D-bees per specific D-bee's, you maybe mdc races with approval (run it by me first).
Alignments: Any, but you must be party oriented and not a lone wolf.
Starting Gear: Per OCC/RCC with possible weapons/armor and such approved by me.
Starting Funds: Maximum starting funds, plus 200,000 credits.
Character sheets should include background/story leading upto your arrival in Merctown. Sheets should be in rtf, word or pdf format for readability/printing. I have good sheet files if needed. I also have OpenRPG nodes.

Well, my mecha recovery vehicle only needs pilot truck to drive it. I can drive it for the group, but that means i won't be in my spartas providing heavy suport in panic situations.... i'd say ask Irea...
