Selling the Sickle, the Bracers of armor, the two tents, the Stein and the Ring should net us 725.5 gp or 90.68 per person when we hit Olegs. So when we hit Olegs next session every player should get 165.68 gp.

What!? No one took the bracers; I will take them.

Oh forgot they dont stack with normal armor. Nevermind

They are also size small, hence the trading them for precious precious money.

Can the spell "Bestow Weapon Proficiency" be used as the prerequiste for making bracers of archery?

Probably not, since it takes 8+ hours to craft items, and the spell only lasts minutes. However:

"The DC to create a magic item increases by +5 for each prerequisite the caster does not meet. The only exception to this is the requisite item creation feat, which is mandatory."

So you can create them without the proficiency at a +5 DC.
