Hey all, just wanted to add my note that I'll be playing a Wizard. I'm thinking of being a Universalist with a focus on Transmutation (which would probably become more useful as our settlement grows).
I'm working on an interesting concept of magic based on the Elder Futhark runes to explain things like why spells take up space in a spellbook, why research is necessary to learn new spells, and why there are restrictions on the number usable each day. It's all for flavor, but it'll appear in-game in the form of my character working on research or in casting the spells.
Can't wait to get this thing started
