At this point I'm going to send Bobo a PM to set up a ORPG server so that we can have our first run this coming Thursday at 8PM. We'll probably just have to run through a practice run and see how it plays out. Also is everyone wanting to use Vent or Teamspeak or just simple text entry?

I've got team speak 3/skype/ vent is an easy install if we choose that.
Text is also fine by me.

I'm the same way, I can go with either option. I really just wanted to poll all of you to see if there is a personal preference that would work better.

Well tbh i like it typed because i can go back and reread something instead of re-asking for the info. We could also do a hybrid, text the relevent info and have skype open for gameplay...

Oh and im thinking of playing a half-orc paladin if thats alright...

I agree, typed would be logical if we want to notate our adventure. But I really like the idea of having a hybrid system more. Let's see what everyone else says on this. As for the half-orc thats probably going to be up to the DM.

Yea, I can't wait to get started on Thursday, unfortunately I haven't heard back from Bobo as to see if he's going to be able to be our DM or not. If Bobo falls through we're going to have to find a DM pretty quick.
