Hi all,

I'm looking to run a 4E D&D Campaign, which will be set in the generic 4e setting, focusing specifically in and around the Nentir Vale. I am a big fan of RP and hope to make it focused more heavily on RP, but combat will feature in most session. I aim to run the game once per week, for between 3 and 6 players. I am GMT and the most likely time for me putting it on is after 7pm Friday, or possibly Saturday (You will have to let me know what suits you best as well). Sessions will last around three or four hours, maybe longer if players wish to at the time.

If you wish to play just give me the basic details about the race/class you wish to play and the times you are available. Please note that I will ask you for some kind of background for your character before actual campaign start as well. I will also state now, that I won't allow psionic characters (it's a flavour thing for me), and I am more partial to the more standard races (So Underdark races etc are probably out). Otherwise, most materials are fine, including essentials stuff.

Also note, it might be a good idea to have a look at the information on Nentir Vale in the DMG to have an idea of how your character could fit in. So, just drop a post below if you're interested and feel free to ask questions too.

I am available all day sundays and I would like to play an Eladrin Warlock for the campaign. Will we be using a voice software such as skype or ventrilo for the role playing or just text? Other than that, I shall research the history on Nentir Vale and see what kind of background I can make for my character. I hope you may respond soon. Unfortunately I don't have a microphone on my laptop, so we will have to use text. I hope this isn't too much of a problem.

If the game is to be on a Sunday I may have to start at little earlier with me being up early on a Monday morning (perhaps around 6pm or 7pm GMT).

Otherwise, your base character concept seems fine and I shall get in contact with you via email when a little more interest is shown.

Hey there - if this ends up on Sunday's, I would be interested provided it's between 6pm GMT and 5am (noon to midnight CST). I last played back in 87, so I'm essentially 'new' again. ;) - Would play a human, and am flexible role wise, so we can see. For me I personally prefer text - so not a problem at all, I think it helps foster the imagination during a game.

Just PM me if this ends up on Sundays and I'll create a character that fits in with Nentir Vale, etc. etc.

I would be very interested in participating in this campaign...currently I'm writing this on my phone do I'll give more character details once I'm home. Right now all I know is I want to be a ranger (bow) of yet to be determined race. If the spot is open, I'll give out contact information.
