I have been a DM for D&D and have played some Savage Worlds. I was seeing if I could gather some interest if I started a Savage Worlds game in the style of the movie "O Brother Where Art Thou?" which is an American/British/French crime comedy film set in 1937 in rural Mississippi. In it, three escaped convicts search for hidden treasure while a relentless lawman pursues them and they have many strange encounters and meet some historical figures.

I am not going to replicate the movie, I'm going to make it in that time period and that starting point, that you've escaped prison.

I think that I would be interested in playing. Sounds like a game where you have a lot of great character ideas.

I am interested, but a game where there is no supernatural stuff really has to have a great storyteller. The pace of that movie will be hard to match.
