I just tried to add a dieroller and noticed that utils.py doesn't at all appear as in the dieroller documentation. Both forks has apparently changed their way of adding dierollers. I guess that these days you only need to add a new file to the dieroller directory. Oddly when I did so and then quit OpenRPG and restarted the program it refused to load. Not even the update manager showed up. So I wonder if there's some other (undocumented) steps that needs to be done in order to add a dieroller.

Re: Add a dieroller: new documentation needed?
I've made some big changes to the utils.py to allow for different die rollers. The utils.py file should work with the older die roller mechanics and you should not have a problem with adding a new dieroller.
If you are willing to send me your die roller I can take a look at it.
I managed to solve my problem. Apparently one of the functions had some errors. When I removed it OpenRPG loaded and now the dieroller works. Need to review the erroneous function though...
