Post The net Pious Paladin Map!
it's gonna be baloobie!!

This is a repost of a post I made here: http://s9.zetaboards.com/Mayhem_Gaming/ ... 248/1/#new

This idea came to me while I was working on the card system and I am going to implement it when I can. It wont be hard to do, but I wont be working on it right away either.

I've had a 'scroll case' in the software code for a long time, since way back in OpenCartographer when I was just working on the basics of the map. The original idea was to allow for maps to be edited while the players are on another map. But this next evolution of the idea is going to blow the other away.

With some changes to the network code I'll be able to allow the server to hold onto multiple maps. The GM will have the ability to create new maps that exist in the scrolls, and will have the option of moving single players to different maps or the entire group. This next design will allow for multi level buildings to be created and played on.

In the meantime I am working on some elements for the card game before I start connecting signals. More on that next week.
