Help instaling and updating on Win 7
Okay, I am completley new to these things, and have looked everywhere for a answer, and have yet to find it. Okay, I installed the pythons, I go to open it, after I gave permissions to the pythons to run as admin, and it goes to update, gets pretty far, then locks up. I am at wits end here. Help please.

Which version of OpenRPG are you using? Are you using the Gilcrease version or Traipse?

Ok .. You will need to talk to David. In an earlier post today someone was having permission issues. Check this thread: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=408 and compare his crash report with yours. It might be a similar case.

Re: Help instaling and updating on Win 7
Sorry. I don't work on the Gilcrease version of OpenRPG. I have my version called Traipse: http://traipse.assembla.comThe current stable has only a couple known issues. Beta has those fixed but I want it tested more by users before it goes live.
