Post subject:  Traipse (Ornery Orc) won't launch

Figured I'd give the latest build of Traipse a try and see what's it's like. However, I can't get it to load.

I don't want it to screw up my current, stable build of ORPG, so opted to use the Traipse.zip file for installing. I unzipped the file, ran setup.py, was told everything was successful and to delete the _del directory after verifying that everything was working correctly. I pulled up a terminal window and launched Traipse.pyw and received an error.

OS: Mac OSX (10.5.8)

Output from system_check.py
Code:
OpenRPG System Info 06-05-10
OpenRPG Version: 1.8.0
OpenRPG Build: 100505-00
Python: 2.5.4 (r254:67917, Dec 23 2008, 14:57:27)

wxPython Version: 2.8.10.1
Platform: Darwin-9.8.0-i386-32bit

That is really odd. I am not sure where to begin with that one. That error is the whole reason I made the switch to wx.Python 2.8.9.1 as the lowest. You should be able to do that with the version of wx.Python you have. I honestly have no way of knowing how to help you Poody. I am terribly sorry.

I am currently trying to get my Meta Server up and running with multiple meta support and the return of the room list. I only have a few things in Patch-3 that I am working on, then I am closing it and moving on to Pious full time. I think the move to PyQt will be a really good move for us all.

I wonder if that is related to the FNB_COLORFUL_TABS thing. Both seem to have a bit of the wxPython code just disappear.
