I think you just had some good luck on a few die rolls. Even excluding the time you test rolled 4d20 and got 11,6,9,1 the single d20 rolls were 20,19,20,11,13,20,14,7,1 which is nice but doesn't suggest a fixed die roll to me, the d4 and d6 rolls were 4,4,6,6 which is 572:1 against OK lucky but in view of the other die rolls not being any big deal.... at the end of the session you rolled hundreds of dice and the luck was gone of course. Nothing special about the distribution for any kind of die.

If it happens again consider yourself lucky. But don't worry about fixed dice unless it happens even when you roll dozens of dice as you did at the end of the session.

Nah you're reading it wrong (my fault for overcensuring):
My die rolls were as follows:
6 1d6
20 1d20
4 1d4
19 1d20
6 1d6
20 1d20 (5 maxes out of 6 in a row and 1 is a 19)


2,6,3,5 4d10
11,6,9,1 4d20
11 1d20
13 1d20
(all of these were crash rolls and not related to the game - also if we follow my hypothesis - need a pause and not to be chained to work - we can view them as irrelevant)

4 1d4
20 1d20

92 1d100
14 1d20
7 1d20
(these were whispered so technically in another channel - so we might view them as irrelevant)

1 1d20

All dies rolled after that are in another channel and too close together - again irrelevant.

From a statistical point of view that's post-hoc theorising and so you'd need to see rolls that good AFTER you create the hypothesis you outlined. ie reproduce the luck you had under the circumstances you suggest it appears in.

Unless you can make it happen again, don't worry about it. The rolls aren't all that unlikely.

Well actually it was pretty obvious during the time I rolled them... And the 2 rolls after the 4 crash rolls serve as evidence - i stopped chaining them, and rolled with a pause - and boom - 2 max rolls again (if nothing else - it fits murphy's laws). But yeah - i don't know why i thought i rolled more dices... i guess i really am lacking statistical evidence.

Still 1/192000 chance for the first 6 rolls... Neat.

Now that i think about it, i also had a frozen java app in the background, which is a more obvious reason for such an occurence than openrpg's rg... Don't know how I managed to totally forget about that - oh yeah it was because of the more recent game with just somewhat above the average max rolls from someone else and paranoia kicking in (yeah my bad, i apologize)...

Anyway thanks for all the time... I really appreciate it!
If I somehow manage to replicate the rolls I'll definetly post it, otherwise keep up the good work!
