Application: Traipse
Opperating System: Linux (Fedora 12)
Python Version: 2.6.4
wxPython Version: 2.8.10.1
Error: Can't load image from file 'h': file does not exist.

When I join an existing room with a pre-existing map, some of the minature and/or background images fail to load. The "Fetching" icon is displayed indefinitely for each image. Typicaly, a few of them load (the number varies), and then I recieve the error message listed above, after which no more are loaded. On one ocasion, I recieved the error popup twice in succession, but once is typical, regardless of the number of broken images. Newly placed images also demonstrate this issue. Other players in the session see the images normaly. I am able to view these images in a web browser.

Anyone have tips on what I might do to resolve this?

Thanks!

Known and fixed in the current Beta. Sorry about that. The problem was caused because the function was receiving the image location as well as a string, 'failed', that I set. And since I did not want to back track to find what was sending the location, I simply added an or statement.

You are welcome! Beta debuts the newest addition to Traipse, the return of Namespace. You should read the post I wrote about Namespace because I have not added the documentation to Beta yet.
