Post problems trying to get program running.
Hey, i am trying to get the openrpg program running on my mac, and i have downloaded these programs and still wont cooperate with me. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what it is that I am doing wrong with it.

Python 2.7.1

wxPython 2.9-osx-2.9.1.1-carbon-py2.7

After installing them. I went to download the base file. It keeps telling me that it is only a script file.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Paul is the best guy to work with on OSx problems. I would like to point to this thread: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=496 in regards to your Python 2.7 install

I just had a similar problem with our group's Mac user. Prof Ebral's advice is nearly everything that we did to fix our problem.

As to the "script", are you sure you're downloading the right file off of OpenRPG.com?
