I picked up the foundation/metal gods and loved it, but not really sure where the enclaves of the metal gods are located?

obvious the gm can decide anywhere, but are their any "hot zones" that are known?

There is no hot zone. It's more of a generic idea for any robot worshiping faction. At least that's the way I use it. I'll ask Dominic to double check.
